In the New Testament, the church of Jesus Christ is often portrayed as a bride, while Jesus is described as the bridegroom.  All too often, the bride of Jesus Christ (Christians) is sleeping with the world and the Bible calls it adultery.  Unless a person is spiritually healthy, that individual is not healthy, period!
